Delivery Collection / Delivery Information

All Vieagem products are customized and produced in the order of receiving the bio-element.
The shipping period is based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
The shipping period may vary depending on the area of delivery.

* Vieagem production period may vary depending on the day we receive the bio-element.

* Collection and shipping may be delayed by 1 to 2 days if the address is set between islands (including Jeju Island) and overseas. In that case,
we will reach out to you individually.

* The production period includes detailed inspection from the headquarter (product inspection - individual certification - packaging).

Instructions For The Bio-Element Kit

1. Collect the Bio-Element

• If the order accounts for more than two people, the amount of bio-element is the
same as the above standard.

(e.g., for two people, the amount of hair should be 5g)

Please insert the bio-element into a polybag with a barcode attached and
properly seal it.

Please put the sealed polybag in the enclosed safety bag again.

After placing the safety bag in the Vieagem bag, please send it back to us.

Guidelines Before Placing Your Order

- Since our products are custom-made, canceling your order after it is placed is not available.

- Stone colors may vary depending on the individual's bio-element.

- Size and weight are listed on average. Thus, errors may occur.

- The actual colors may be different from VIEAGEM online store depending on your mobile/pc screen brightness and
resolution.

Exchange & Refund

- Since Vieagem is custom-made, we do not accept refunds or exchanges simply because of a change of mind.

- In the case of defects or misdelivery of the product, please submit the case within seven days of receipt.
However, exchange or return may not be possible if the product is damaged or worn.

Quality Insurance and Repair Policy

- If a defect in the product is identified, VIEAGEM will provide a repair service at VIEAGEM's expense within one month
from the date of purchase. After one month, the repair service shall be at the purchaser's expense.
However, this warranty does not warrant defects or damages due to normal wear and tear caused by accident
(torn bracelet, broken ring, damaged hommage, etc.), nor size repair after one week of delivery.
(In the case of an accident, repair and delivery will be charged, while some products may not be able to be repaired).

- Please bring your warranty card when you request a repair. VIEAGEM will not be responsible for quality insurance
if you lose the card.

- Please request a repair through your purchased store or VIEAGEM customer service. VIEAGEM will not be
responsible for the product repaired through other companies.

Care and Storage Instruction

- We recommend removing jewelry prior to physical activities such as sporting, bathing, washing hands and dishes,
and swimming to avoid damage or loss.

- If you leave make-up, perfume, or sweat on jewelry, please wipe it with a soft cloth before storing
it, as it may cause discoloration and a loss of gloss.

- Be careful not to drop jewelry on the floor or knock it against hard surfaces, as friction may damage and detach stones
from jewelry. When you don't wear it, seal and store it separately.

- Exposing hommage products to direct sunlight for a long time can cause deformation.
Please avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.

- Hommage products which are made of crystals are highly vulnerable.
If you need polishing and cleaning due to dust and dirt, please wipe them with a soft cloth.
