The creation of Vieagem starts from the bio-element.
The bio-element is an essential element that a living thing needs to breathe and work.
A half cup of 5g of hair, 20g of ashes,
or umbilical cords can be used to extract the element.
2. Bio-Element Extraction
The extraction of the bio-element requires complex chemical
and different preprocessing processes due to its raw material characteristic.
In the case of hair, the dry combustion method is performed,
while the wet combustion method is performed for ashes from the bone.
3. Creation of Vieagem
Vieagem is a type of corundum, the most popular and valuable among all colored gemstones. Corundum consists of chemical Al₂O₃, aluminum oxide, and forms barrel-shaped hexagonal prisms.
While the color of corundum is determined by the coloring elements (Ti, Cr, Fe) contained in aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), the color of Vieagem can also be customized with the coloring elements (Ti, Cr, Fe) from aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), depending on the customer's choice.
Combining and mixing aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), the coloring elements (Ti, Cr, Fe), and the bio-element at 2000°C, Vieagem is formed.
4. Composition Analysis of Vieagem
Vieagem then gets analyzed through an XRF analyzer.
The XRF analyzer is a device that analyzes the components and compositions of a gem by measuring the fluorescent X-ray.
As each stone has a different composition (Fe, Ca, Na, Mg, S, K), the fluorescent emits differently and certifies to be the one and only gem.
5. The Craftmanship
Once analyzed, Vieagem gets crafted into the shape and size that the customer picked and designed.
Through the hands of craftsmen, Vieagem is crafted and polished to perfection.
6. Laser Inscription
Every Vieagem is engraved with a serial number.
The microlaser inscription is tiny but can be seen with a 30x microscope.
Initials or letterings can also be laser-inscribed to make the gem more unique.

and experience in stone setting and polishing.
